Aiming at the problems of lack of unified standards and chaotic management in the process of real estate registration informa-tion management,this paper comprehensively uses distributed GIS technology and cloud computing technology to design and build a real estate registration information management platform based on "land and resources cloud" to unify real estate registration data framework and business logic,establish a hierarchical caching strategy for real estate registration data,improve the exchange and transmission efficiency of real estate registration data,and realize the collaborative work,multi-level linkage and data sharing of real estate registration management departments at the provincial,municipal and county levels. The real estate registration information management platform has played a great role in the management of three-level real estate registration in Guangdong province,greatly reducing the cost of real estate registration data management and improving the efficiency of informatization management.
