基于DMSP/OLS数据的北京市GDP反演

夜间灯光数据DMSP/OLS被证实与经济指标具有相关性,但原始数据存在多传感器偏差、无效灯光等诸多问题,并不能直接用于经济指标的研究.为此,本文首先利用二分法求出阈值生成掩膜对原始数据进行提取,排除阈值以下像元的影响,再利用求取平均数法解决相同年份不同传感器所引起的偏差,然后构建夜间灯光指数,与北京市历年GDP数据建立多种回归模型,最终利用相对误差最小的线性回归模型对北京市GDP进行反演,其相关系数达到0.986,反演效果较好.
Beijing's GDP Inversion Based on DMSP/OLS Data
Night light data DMSP/OLS has been confirmed to be related to economic indicators,but the original data has many prob-lems such as multi-sensor deviation and invalid lighting,and cannot be directly used in the study of economic indicators. Therefore,this paper first uses the dichotomy to find the threshold generation mask to extract the original data,excludes the influence of the cells below the threshold,uses the averaging method to solve the deviation caused by different sensors in the same year,constructs the night light indexes,establishes a variety of regression models with the GDP data of Beijing over the years,and finally uses the linear regres-sion model with the smallest relative error to invert the GDP of Beijing,Its correlation coefficient reaches 0.986 and the inversion effect is better.
