二三维一体化的城市规划辅助决策系统研究与应用

随着城市规模的快速扩张,传统二维城市规划管理审批手段已无法满足城市精细化管理需求.本文从二三维一体化角度出发,利用2D GIS和三维可视化等技术,研究了二三维一体化城市规划辅助决策系统的建设,介绍了系统的架构设计和数据库设计,并探讨了系统主要功能应用和关键技术实现,弥补了传统规划审批手段的不足,对于完善城市发展布局、提升城市综合竞争力具有重要意义.
Research and Application of Two and Three Dimensional Integrated Urban Planning Auxiliary Decision-making System
With the rapid expansion of the city scale,the traditional two-dimensional urban planning management examination and ap-proval methods can no longer meet the needs of refined urban management. From the perspective of two and three dimensional integra-tion,the use of 2D GIS and 3D visualization technology,this paper studies the integration of two and three dimensional urban planning for the construction of the auxiliary decision-making system,introduces the system architecture design and database design,and dis-cusses the realization of the system main functions and key technologies,making up for the inadequacy of traditional planning examina-tion and approval methods. It is of great significance to improve the layout of urban development and enhance the comprehensive com-petitiveness of cities.
