基于三维激光扫描技术的不规则实体表面积测算方法研究

传统的目标实体表面积测算常通过表面积测定仪、全站仪等方式进行,不仅工作效率低且对于不规则实体目标特征点采集难度大.三维激光扫描技术是近几年来发展起来的一项新兴技术,能够快速地提供扫描对象的三维点云数据.本文以三维激光扫描技术为基础,对不规则实体表面积测算理论和技术方法进行研究,并以某曲面构造雕塑为对象进行验证.研究结果表明,该方法可以精确计算目标实体表面积,具有很高的实用性和可行性.
Research on Measurement Method of Surface Area of Irregular Entities Based on 3D Laser Scanning Technology
The traditional target entity surface area measurement is often carried out by surface area meter,total station,etc.,which is not only inefficient but also difficult to collect feature points of irregular target entities. 3D laser scanning technology is a new technolo-gy developed in recent years,which can quickly provide 3D point cloud data of scanned objects. Based on the three-dimensional laser scanning technology,this paper studies the theory and technical method of measuring the surface area of irregular entities,and takes a surface sculpture as the object for verification. The research results show that the method can accurately calculate the surface area of target entities and has high practicability and feasibility.
