Teaching Adjustment and Practice of "GIS Spatial Analysis"
With the development of geographic information technology and the wide application of GIS in urban and rural planning,Hu-man Geography and Urban and Rural Planning Major in Chinese universities offer courses related to GIS. GIS Spatial Analysis as an important course for improving students' spatial analysis ability and cultivating their spatial thinking,plays an important role in the un-derstanding and development of the major. In view of the current trend of reducing class hours and improving teaching quality,this pa-per adjusts and practices the teaching work of GIS Spatial Analysis from the aspects of teaching content,teaching methods and assess-ment methods,which improves students' understanding of the course,cultivates students' ability of spatial thinking and problem sol-ving,and provides ideas for the curriculum reform of non-GIS majors.
