Research on the Evaluation Index System for Satellite Navigation Countermeasure Performance
As the security application of satellite navigation is facing severe challenges, satellite navigation countermeasures have grad-ually attracted the attention of various countries. The effective evaluation of its performance is not only conducive to the manufacturers to improve the core performance of the equipment on demand, but also greatly ensures the secure application of GNSS and the improve-ment of its protection capability. However, current research only focuses on countermeasure subsystems and their key technologies,al-gorithms,and equipment, resulting in incomplete indicator systems, unsystematic testing platforms, and a lack of correlation and ap-plicability between dispersed evaluation results and the final requirements of decision-making.Therefore,this article takes satellite navigation countermeasure as the object, sorts out the demands and capability requirements of satellite navigation countermeasure tasks for different GNSS application levels, proposes performance evaluation principles, constructs a satellite navigation countermeasure per-formance evaluation index system from point to surface, builds a performance testing system, and assists in data acquisition and model optimization during evaluation and decision-making.
