Research on"1+X"Regular Monitoring of Satellite Remote Sensing for Natural Resources
At present, monitoring of illegal activities in natural resources, national land change survey,1∶10 000 scale DLG data up-dating and other monitoring projects are all based on satellite remote sensing image change monitoring. There are many commonalities among various projects, but they are carried out independently in actual production, resulting in problems such as low data correla-tion,repeated monitoring, insufficient sharing and waste of data in the monitoring process. In view of this, this paper proposes a"1+X"regular monitoring method. This method starts from the needs of multiple projects, formulates a unified monitoring data standard, integrates satellite data resources, and uniformly carries out monthly change monitoring to achieve one monitoring results used multi-projects.It is verified by experiments that the"1+X"regular monitoring method is feasible. In addition to saving costs to a large ex-tent,it can also improve the monitoring efficiency, better play the role of remote sensing technology in the field of natural resource mo-nitoring,and more effectively serve the management of natural resources.
