Research on the Classification Standards of Natural Resources Survey in Hainan Province
Natural resources refer to the sum of natural environmental factors that exist naturally,have value for use,and can improve current and future human welfare.The classification of natural resources is the foundation of natural resource management and the pre-requisite for conducting investigation and monitoring work.It should follow the concept that mountains,waters,forests,fields,lakes,and grasslands are a community of life.This article first introduces the development ideas of the classification standards for natural re-source survey in Hainan province.Then,by sorting out the construction content of the classification standards for surface landcover layer,surface groundmass layer,underground resource layer,and management layer,the research content of the classification stand-ards for natural resource surveys in Hainan province is proposed,providing reference for the unified management of natural resources,scientific classification of natural resource types,clarification of the meanings of various types of natural resources,and the conduct of natural resource survey.
