摘要
先进技术的快速发展,为国土空间规划改革提供了现代化的技术支撑,逐步成为国土空间规划体系下规划编制模式转型升级不可或缺的辅助手段.本文利用GIS、云计算等先进技术,对规划编制协同管理系统的建设思路和方法进行了研究,并对系统框架、系统功能和取得的成效进行了阐述,可为其他城市开展规划编制工作提供方法和模式借鉴.
Abstract
With the rapid development of advanced technology,it has provided modern technical support for the reform of territorial space planning and gradually become an indispensable auxiliary means for the transformation and upgrading of the making mode of planning under the territorial space planning system.This paper uses GIS,cloud computing,and other advanced technologies to study the ideas and methods of the collaborative management system of planning making,expounds the system framework,system functions and achievements,and provides methods and modes for other cities to carry out planning preparation.
