摘要
为提高溧阳市自然资源和规划信息化管理水平,本文基于自然资源"一张图"数据,设计了网页端和移动端双通道模块,采用在线和离线一体数据管理、空间位置与属性脱密等技术,开发自然资源移动踏勘"一张图"系统,实现随时随地对自然资源情况进行全程监管,目前已广泛应用于溧阳市自然资源和规划局业务科室、基层所以及其他相关委办局.实际应用表明,该系统极大提升了工作便捷性和工作效率,为履行自然资源"两统一"职责提供了信息化支撑.
Abstract
In order to improve the management level of natural resources and planning informatization in Liyang city,this paper designs a dual-channel module on both web and mobile terminals based on the natural resource"one map"data,uses technologies like online and offline integrated data management,spatial location,and attribute decryption,etc.to develop a"one map"system for mobile sur-vey of natural resources,and realizes the whole-process supervision of natural resources at anytime and anywhere.It has been widely used in the business sections of Liyang Natural Resources and Planning Bureau,grass-roots offices,and other related committees and bureaus.The practical application shows that the system greatly improves the convenience and work efficiency and provides information support for fulfilling the responsibility of"Two Unifications"of natural resources.
