Research on Dynamic Updating Method of 1∶2 000 DLG Data Based on Real Estate Registration Data
In this paper,aiming at the shortcomings such as long updating cycle and low efficiency in the 1∶2 000 DLG data produc-tion,the frequently updated real estate registration business data and 1∶2 000 DLG data are interrelated,and the 1∶2 000 DLG data-base dynamic updating system is constructed.Taking the housing elements as an example,the system can dynamically capture the graphic changes of natural buildings in the real estate registration system and compare them with the corresponding data in the 1∶2 000 DLG database.The system uses the data change detection function to identify the changes of housing elements,and then updates them into the database.In this paper,through a prefecture-level building data application analysis,experimental results show that the up-dating time of the system is less than conventional manual detection method,and experimental results agree with manual detection,which verify the feasibility and reliability of the system for the 1∶2 000 DLG database dynamic updating,greatly improve the efficiency of 1∶2 000 DLG data updating,ensure the data up-to-dateness,and has a strong practical significance.
