摘要
随着城镇化的快速发展,土地交易量急剧增加,土地交易管理存在信息化和精细化程度低等问题,严重影响土地供应需求.本文利用GIS、云计算以及大数据等技术,梳理了土地交易业务流程,构建土地交易管理数据库,搭建土地交易信息管理,最终实现土地交易成果综合展示、统计分析、业务流程管理以及在线监管等功能,提高了土地交易管理水平和工作效率.
Abstract
With the rapid development of urbanization,the volume of land transactions has increased sharply,and there are problems with low levels of informatization and refinement in land transaction management,which seriously affect the demand for land supply.This article uses technologies such as GIS,cloud computing,and big data to study the land transaction business process,build a land transaction management database,establish land transaction information management,and ultimately achieve comprehensive display,statistical analysis,business process management,and online supervision of land transaction results,improving the level and efficien-cy of land transaction management.
