数字生态环保督察管理平台关键技术研究与构建

针对生态环保督察工作区域范围广、人员少、问题定性复杂、隐藏问题不易发现等问题,结合测绘地理信息、人工智能、物联网等技术优势,通过研究数字化督察业务流程构建,基于遥感智能解译的问题发现、空天地一体化督察监管等关键技术,设计了数字生态环保督察管理平台技术架构,并给出实现方案,为生态环境保护督察相关工作提供参考.
Research and Construction of Key Technologies for Digital Ecological Environmental Protection Inspection and Management Platform
In response to the problems of wide coverage,limited personnel,complex problem identification,and difficulty in discove-ring hidden issues in ecological and environmental protection inspection work,combined with technological advantages such as survey-ing,mapping and geoinformation,artificial intelligence,and the Internet of Things,a digital inspection business process construction was studied.Based on key technologies such as remote sensing intelligent interpretation for problem discovery and air-space-ground integrated inspection and supervision,a technical architecture for a digital ecological environmental protection inspection and manage-ment platform was designed,and an implementation scheme was proposed,providing reference for ecological environmental protection inspection related work.
