Practice of National Land Space Use Control in Fujian Province under the Digitization Background
To promote the digitization of national land space use control is an important path for modernizing the construction of national land space governance capacity.This paper analyzes the digital development process of China's land space use control,elaborates the exploration and practice in Fujian province,the overall framework of national land space use control system,the design and realization of"Four Constructions",including the construction of a province wide,intensive and efficient construction model,the establishment of a standardized and fully managed digital approval and supervision chain,the construction of an intelligent and precise management system with a unified base map and data empowerment,and the establishment of a long-term mechanism for business collaboration that connects the upper and lower governments and departments.Development suggestions have been proposed from dimensions,breadth,depth,and modes to advance the digitization of national land use control in depth and promote high-level protection to sup-port high-quality development.
