针对传统手工绘制实际断面计算道床补砟量工作强度大、精度低的问题,提出一种基于车载激光扫描技术的新建线路补砟量检测方法.首先借助车载扫描系统(MLS)高效获取高精度的点云,提取实测道床断面;然后根据超高和线间距变化等调整设计道砟断面,通过与实测道床断面对比获得该断面的多余和缺少面积,最后利用断面法精确计算道床的补砟量.实验结果表明,该算法补砟量计算误差在允许范围内,能满足具体施工要求,并提供道砟铺设施工质量定量快速评估的技术手段.
Detection Methods for Ballast Supplement Amount of Newly-built Railway Lines Based on MLS
Aiming at the problem of high working intensity and low accuracy caused by traditional manual mapping of actual sections to calculate ballast supplement amount of ballast bed,we propose a detection method for ballast supplement amount of newly-built lines based on mobile laser scanning technology.First,with the help of mobile scanning system(MLS),high-accuracy point clouds are ef-ficiently obtained to extract the actual measured ballast bed section;Then,the ballast section is adjusted and designed according to the height excess and line spacing changes,and the excessive and inadequate areas of this section are obtained by comparing with the measured ballast bed section.Finally,the section method is used to accurately calculate the ballast supplement amount of the ballast bed.The experimental results show that the calculation error of the ballast supplement amount of the algorithm is within the allowable range,which can meet the specific construction requirements and provide a technical means for quantitative and rapid evaluation of the construction quality of ballast laying.
