Study on the Application of Single Lens UAV in the Area Measurement of Rural House Homesteads
Building area measurement refers to the survey,mapping and statistics of buildings and their subsidiary buildings to obtain information on the location,ownership and use of buildings,which can provide an important basis for property right registration,tax collection,cadastral management and urban construction.Traditional building surveying mainly includes field analytic method and field distance measurement,but there are problems such as high intensity of field work,low measurement accuracy and mapping effi-ciency.In this paper,based on the oblique photogrammetric technology,a single lens UAV is use to simulate a five lens UAV to build a realistic 3D model for measuring the area of rural house homesteads and discuss the image control point layout plan.The research re-sults show that the single lens UAV can effectively reduce the field workload and the accuracy results meet the requirements of national standards and specifications,which has high application reference value.
