移动式三维激光扫描在地铁运维中的应用及精度评估

针对运营地铁维保受时间窗口限制、无法快速准确获取隧道状态的问题,本文基于移动式三维激光扫描系统获取了地铁隧道点云数据,并通过点云去噪、点云精简、标靶拟合、里程改正、中线提取、断面提取与拟合等方法处理,得到地铁隧道最大直径、接触网导高、设备限界、隧道病害等相关状态信息,并对成果进行了精度评估.实验结果表明:基于移动式三维激光扫描获取隧道最大直径总体精度优于 3 mm,其中 85.17%的残差在 2 mm内;获取导高结果与导高仪测量结果残差最大值、最小值、平均值分别为 3.4、-4.7、0.39 mm;获取设备限界结果总体精度优于5 mm,其中84.13%残差均在 3 mm内;与隧道病害信息人工现场复核结果具有较好的一致性.
Application and Accuracy Evaluation of Mobile 3D Laser Scanning in Subway Operation and Maintenance
In view of the problem that the maintenance of the operating subway is limited by the time window,and the tunnel status cannot be obtained quickly and accurately,this paper obtains the subway tunnel point cloud data based on the mobile 3D laser scan-ning system,and through point cloud denoising,point cloud simplification,target fitting,mileage correction,centerline extraction,section extraction and fitting and other methods,obtains the maximum diameter of the subway tunnel,catenary conductor height,e-quipment gauges,tunnel disease and other relevant status information.The accuracy of the results is evaluated.The experimental re-sults show that the overall accuracy of obtaining the maximum tunnel diameter based on mobile 3D laser scanning is better than 3 mm,of which 85.17%of the residuals is within 2 mm;the maximum,minimum and average residual values of the obtained height results and the altimeter measurement results are 3.4 mm,-4.7 mm,and 0.39 mm respectively;the overall accuracy of the obtained equip-ment gauge results is better than 5 mm,of which 84.13%of the residuals are within 3 mm;the results of manual on-site review of tunnel disease information obtained have good consistency.
