Research on the Application of UAV Close-range Photogrammetry Fused with Laser Point Cloud in Realistic 3D Reconstruction of Ancient Architecture
In the three-dimensional spatial data acquisition of ancient architecture,UAV close-range photogrammetry can obtain the real texture information and spatial and semantic information of the target objects, but due to its large image distortion, more gross er-rors attributed to mis-matching,so there are model distortion, smear and other serious problems, while the use of terrestrial three-di-mensional laser scanner can obtain high-accuracy three-dimensional point cloud data, but due to the scanning perspective, the com-plete point cloud data of the buildings cannot be obtained. In this paper, the point cloud data obtained by terrestrial 3D laser scanner and the model data obtained by UAV close-range photogrammetry are fused and applied to a tower-shaped ancient building as an ap-plication case, and the experimental results show that the method improves the geometric structure accuracy of the 3D model and has high reference value for the digital conservation of ancient architecture(ancient cultural relics).
