摘要
生态价值是自然资源资产价值的重要组成.当前,国内自然资源资产实物价值核算取得长足进展,但其生态价值的核算与转化仍存在不足.本文分析自然资源生态产品价值内涵,阐述价值实现与核算的必然联系,在回顾实物量统计核算取得的前期成果基础上,分析存在问题难点,重点提出自然资源生态产品价值评估评定、调查监测、监督管理,以及信息化手段利用等方面工作思路.
Abstract
Ecological product value is an important component of natural resource asset value. At present,the physical quantity ac-counting of domestic natural resource assets has made great progress,but there are still deficiencies in the accounting and transforma-tion of its ecological value. This paper analyzes the connotation of the value of natural resource ecological products,expounds the inev-itable connection between value realization and accounting,analyzes the existing problems and difficulties,and puts forward working i-deas on the value evaluation,investigation and monitoring,supervision and management of natural resource ecological products,as well as the utilization of informatization means on the basis of reviewing the early achievements of physical quantity statistical account-ing.
