The Deepening Modal Design and Implementation Scheme of Government Service "One Network"
For full implementation of the state council's general demands on "streamline administration and delegate power,improve regulation and upgrade services",namely making further effort to increase decentralization,innovating government management mode,and smoothing service channels. Governments across the country have started "One Network" construction of information system. In combination with the policies & principles,objective and content of "One Network" construction,this paper has designed new govern-ment service deepening mode based on government service "One Network" fused with spatial planning results "muti-planning integra-tion" platform,which can build an efficient and convenient internet plus government service system. It provides a scientific and feasi-ble general design and implementation scheme for "One Network" government informatization construction.
