河湖库"清四乱"遥感监测系统设计与实现

围绕河湖库"清四乱"常态化、规范化总体要求,利用卫星遥感影像,设计并研发河湖库"清四乱"遥感监测系统,基于B/S和移动端架构,整合遥感监测、督查暗访、整改销号、考核评估等河湖库"清四乱"管理过程,实现"四乱"问题从发现到销号全过程管理,为河湖库监管提供了强有力的技术支撑.
Design and Implementation of Remote Sensing Monitoring System for "Special Cleanup Campaign" on Rivers,Lakes and Reservoirs
This article focuses on the overall requirements for the normalization and standardization of the "special cleanup campaign" on rivers,lakes and reservoirs. Using satellite remote sensing images,a remote sensing monitoring system for the "special cleanup campaign" on rivers,lakes and reservoirs is designed and developed. Based on the B/S and mobile architecture,the system integrates remote sensing monitoring,supervision and secret visits,rectification and cancellation,assessment and evaluation,and other manage-ment processes for the "special cleanup campaign" on rivers,lakes and reservoirs. It realizes the full process management of the "special cleanup campaign" problem from discovery to cancellation,providing strong technical support for the supervision of rivers,lakes and reservoirs.
