摘要
基于2019年长春新区空间格局监测成果、2019与2020年地理国情监测成果,结合2020年高分影像数据、城市建设用地现状数据和规划数据等资料,提取2020年长春新区建成区范围、建设用地、地表覆盖、重要基础设施等,形成长春新区2020年现状监测数据和2019—2020年变化监测数据,并结合相关专题资料,开展2020年长春新区空间格局监测,分析新区建设情况与效果,形成新区空间格局变化监测报告和图件成果,为政府决策提供了参考依据.
Abstract
Based on the monitoring results of the spatial pattern of Changchun New Area in 2019 and the monitoring results of the na-tional geographical conditions in 2019 and 2020,combined with the 2020 high-resolution image data,urban construction land status data,planning data and other data,this paper extracts the built-up area,construction land,land cover and important infrastructure of Changchun New Area in 2020,forms the status monitoring data of Changchun New Area in 2020 and the change monitoring data from 2019 to 2020. In combination with the relevant thematic materials,it conduts spatial pattern monitoring of Changchun New Area in 2020,carries out the new district construction situation and effect analysis and forms the monitoring report and mapping results of the new district,which provides a reference basis for the government to make decisions.
