摘要
自然灾害综合风险普查以及之后的日常管理工作中,需要完成大量的现场调研、外业采集数据、内业上传更新数据工作,为科学合理地进行外业调查任务调度并提高外业工作效率,本文建立了基于移动GIS的灾害风险空间数据采集更新系统,实现了项目实施过程中对移动定位与采集、离线存储、格式转换、成果上传与更新等全流程的一体化管理方法,并取得了预期成效,有效推动了灾害风险空间数据采集更新实施过程中数据采集的信息化、数据管理与更新的科学化,并提高了外业工作效率和成果质量.
Abstract
In the comprehensive risk survey of natural disasters and subsequent daily management work,a large amount of on-site sur-vey,field data collection,and indoor data uploading and updating work are required. In order to scientifically and reasonably schedule field investigation tasks and improve field work efficiency,this article establishes a disaster risk spatial data collection and updating system based on mobile GIS. It realizes the integrated management method of the entire process of mobile positioning and collection,offline storage,format conversion,result uploading and updating,and has achieved the expected results. It effectively promotes the informatization of spatial data collection,data management and updating in the implementation process of disaster risk spatial data col-lection and updating,and improves the efficiency and quality of field work.
