因子回归和交互联合探究南京市建设用地空间演变及驱动机制

为掌握南京市建设用地变化情况,分析其演变驱动机制,基于GlobeLand30数据集提取2020年南京市建设用地信息,分析建设用地空间分布差异性,联合地理探测器与GWR模型综合分析南京市建设用地空间分布及驱动机制.结果表明:1)南京市建成区主要集中在玄武、秦淮、鼓楼、雨花台区;2)杭州市建设用地分布受坡度、温度、国内生产总值(GDP)、人口等因素的显著影响,其中以GDP为主导因子,多因子交互对南京市建设用地分布贡献度增强;3)地理加权回归结果显示,不同区域范围内,因子对建设用地分布贡献度具有空间分异性.
Factor Regression and Interactive Joint Exploration of the Spatial Evolution and Driving Mechanism of Construction Land in Nanjing
In order to grasp the changes of construction land in Nanjing and analyze its evolution driving mechanism,the construction land information in Nanjing in 2020 was extracted based on the GlobeLand30 dataset,and the spatial distribution differences of con-struction land were analyzed. The spatial distribution and driving mechanism of construction land in Nanjing was comprehensively ana-lyzed by combining geographic detectors and GWR models. The results show that:1) the built-up areas in Nanjing are mainly con-centrated in Xuanwu,Qinhuai,Gulou and Yuhuatai District;2) The distribution of construction land in Hangzhou is significantly in-fluenced by factors such as slope,temperature,gross domestic product (GDP),population,etc. Among them,GDP is the dominant factor,and the interaction of multiple factors enhances the contribution to construction land in Nanjing;3) Geographically weighted regression results show that the contribution of factors to the distribution of construction land varies spatially within different regions.
