摘要
利用黑龙江省卫星定位连续运行综合服务系统(HLJCORS)在黑龙江省的松嫩平原地区开展多方面性能测试,评估系统的实时定位精度、可用性和时效性,结果表明,HLJCORS的内外符合精度均满足规范要求,能够全天候地为松嫩平原地区提供稳定可靠的厘米级实时定位服务.
Abstract
In this paper,HLJCORS is used to carry out various performance tests in Songnen Plain area of Heilongjiang province to e-valuate the real-time positioning accuracy,availability and timeliness of the system. The results show that both the internal and exter-nal accord accuracy of HLJCORS meet the requirements of the specification,and can provide stable and reliable centimeter-level real-time positioning service for Songnen Plain area under all weather conditions.
