Discussion on Optimal Utilization Scheme of Unsuitable Results of Land Spatial Development Dual Evaluation in Jiamusi
The evaluation of resource and environment carrying capacity and the suitability of land spatial development scientifically and intuitively describes the availability and development of natural resources within the evaluation area,and provides maximum pro-tection,development and utilization for human activities in multiple dimensions such as ecological protection,agricultural production,and urban construction. It is an important basis for the formulation of national land spatial planning schemes.This paper takes Jiamusi city as the evaluation unit to carry out the dual evaluation work,analyzes and summarizes the main reasons for the formation of the e-valuation results of the extremely important areas of ecological protection in the city and the areas unsuitable for agricultural production and urban construction,and proposes a design scheme for optimal utilization based on the current situation.
