浅谈长春市宅基地和集体建设用地数据整合

摘要
为了进一步明确长春市集体建设用地使用权、宅基地使用权,保护人民各项权益,解决长春市范围内地籍调查基础薄弱、登记资料管理不规范以及信息化程度低等问题,依据《自然资源部关于加快宅基地和集体建设用地使用权确权登记工作的通知》(自然资发[2020]84号)[1]的相关要求,开展了长春市宅基地和集体建设用地数据整合项目.本文主要从基础资料收集和分析、数据规范化整理与制作、质量检查3个方面介绍该项目具体实施情况.
Abstract
In order to further clarify the use right of collective construction land and residential land in Changchun,and to protect the rights and interests of the people,to address issues such as the weak foundation of cadastral surveys,irregular management of registra-tion data and low level of informati zation in Changchun,in accordance with the relevant requirements of the circular of the Ministry of Natural Resources on speeding up the work of confirming and registering the right of use of residential land and collective construction land (Natural Resources Release[2020]No84)[1],a project was launched to integrate data on residential land and collective con-struction land in Changchun. This paper mainly introduces the implementation of the project from three aspects:basic data collection and analysis,data standardization and production,quality inspection.
