基于LSD算法的无人机航空影像电力线检测方法研究

利用无人机影像进行电力线安全巡检以及后期维护等工作是目前的主流工作方式.传统的利用边缘检测算子进行电力线提取的方法在面对复杂背景地物时稳定性较差.本文针对这一问题,提出了基于LSD直线检测算法的电力线提取方法.首先通过影像预处理,排除噪声影响.根据电力线影像特征,调整LSD算法参数,获取待定电力线直线段.然后采用斜截统计筛选的方法,将不满足斜率与截距阈值的直线段剔除,进一步精确定位电力线直线段.最后采用最小二乘法拟合完整的直线,获取最终的电力线提取结果.实验结果表明,本文算法电力线提取效果优于Canny、Sobel、Prewitt以及Roberts算子检测结果,可以很好地抑制复杂背景地物对提取结果的影响,一定程度上节省了电力工程项目成本,提高了工作效率.
Research on Power Line Detection Method from UAV Aerial Images Based on LSD Algorithm
The use of UAV images for power line safety inspection and post-maintenance is the mainstream way of working. The tradi-tional method of using edge detection operator for power line extraction has poor stability in the situation of complex background ob-jects. In order to solve this problem,this paper proposes a power line extraction method based on LSD linear detection algorithm. First of all,the image preprocessing is carried out to eliminate the influence of noise. According to the image characteristics of the power lines,it adjusts the parameters of the LSD algorithm to obtain the straight line segments of the power lines to be determined. Then,the method of statistical slope and intercept and screening is used to eliminate the straight line segments that do not meet the slope and in-tercept thresholds,and further accurately locate the straight line segments of power lines. Finally,the least square method is used to fit the complete straight lines,and the final power line extraction result is obtained. Experimental results show that the power line ex-traction effect of the proposed algorithm is better than that of Canny,Sobel,Prewitt and Roberts operators,which can well suppress the influence of complex background objects on the extraction results,save the cost of power engineering projects to a certain extent,and improve work efficiency.
