Concept,Connotation,and System of New Quality Productive Forces: Promoting "Qualitative Change" Through "Innovation"
Xi Jinping, General Secretary of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee pointed out that,in summary, new quality productive forces represent a new type of advanced productivity that is compatible with the new development philosophy. Granting a leading role to innovation, they mark a break with traditional economic growth models and development pathways for productive forces and feature a high level of technology, efficiency, and quality. They are born out of revolutionary breakthroughs in technology, the innovative allocation of production factors, and the in-depth transformation and upgrading of industry. They are primarily based on the transformation of laborers, the instruments of labor, and the subjects of labor, as well as their optimal combination. A central hallmark of these forces is a significant increase in total factor productivity, and their defining characteristic is innovation, with a key focus on quality. In essence, they represent advanced productivity. This important discussion profoundly points out the characteristics, basic connotation, core signs, characteristics, key, and essence of new quality productive forces, and provides fundamental guidance for us to accurately grasp the scientific connotation of new quality productive forces.This article analyzes the connotation of new quality productivity and its significant significance and role in promoting China's modernization process with high-quality development from the perspectives of "step upgrading" "factor combination upgrading" of the qualitative transformation characteristics of new quality productivity, combining theory with practice. Specifically, firstly, this article analyzes the concept of new qualitative productive forces from the perspective of Marxism. Secondly, analyze the connotations of "step upgrading" "factor combination upgrading" in the qualitative changes of new productive forces. Secondly, conduct an in-depth analysis of the driving mechanism behind the development of new quality productive forces through "innovation" to promote qualitative change. Once again, an in-depth analysis was conducted on the internal logic of promoting qualitative change through innovation to develop new quality productive forces. The main factor type institutional innovation and key factor type technological innovation for developing new quality productive forces were proposed, and the role of data elements should be fully utilized to optimize and innovate management elements.
