为了探讨数字孪生技术在智慧电厂发电环节、输电环节、配电环节的应用,分析了数字孪生在智慧电厂安全管理中的关键技术,通过对智慧电厂进行大数据采集与建模、模拟与仿真,利用数字孪生模型对设备开展状态监测与预测维护,实时监测电厂中设备状态,识别潜在风险和问题,并进行虚拟测试以避免潜在事故的发生,根据模拟结果进行安全评估,及早发现异常或故障.利用数字孪生技术可模拟火灾、泄漏等各种紧急情况,进行安全演练,使操作人员熟悉操作流程,减少人为操作失误,实现更高效、可靠的电厂运营和安全管理,提高电厂应急响应能力.
Application of Digital Twin Technology in Safety Management of Smart Power Plants
In order to explore the application of digital twin technology in the power generation,transmission,and distribution processes of smart power plants,it analyzes the digital twin in safety management of smart power plants.Through key technologies such as big data collection and modeling,simulation,and simulation of smart power plants,digital twin models are used to monitor and predict equipment status,monitor equipment status in real time,identify potential risks and problems,and conduct virtual testing to avoid potential accidents,conduct safety assessments based on simulation results,and detect anomalies or faults early.It utilizes digital twin technology to simulate various emergency situations such as fires and leaks,conduct safety drills,help operators familiarize opera-ting procedures,reduce human operational errors,help achieve more efficient and reliable power plant operation and safety manage-ment,and improve the emergency response capability of the power plant.
