一起110 kV GIS TA接线端子严重气体泄漏故障分析

介绍了某220 kV变电站发生的一起110 kV组合电器TA接线端子严重气体泄漏故障.对故障气室开展现场SF6检漏仪检测和回气开筒检查.结果表明,由于气室内 1 根TA内配线挤压在TA接线端子和断路器底板之间,导致底座紧固后受力不均被局部挤压变形,在现场长期运行中,设备震动和高气压作用下出现贯穿性开裂,造成严重气体泄漏故障.分析事故原因,推断是厂家装配工艺不良,未将接线端子的根部用扎带扎紧.结合SF6 气体泄漏故障原因,提出防范措施,提高了设备安全可靠运行水平.
Analysis of Serious Gas Leakage Fault of 110 kV GIS TA Terminal
It introduces a serious gas leakage failure of 110 kV gas-insulated switchgear(GIS)TA terminal in a 220 kV substation.On-site SF6 leak detector detection and return air opening inspection are carried out on the faulty gas chamber.The results show that because the wiring in a TA in the gas chamber is squeezed between the TA terminal and the circuit breaker bottom plate,the uneven force of the base after fastening is partially squeezed,and the penetrating cracking occurs under the action of long-term on-site vibra-tion and high pressure,resulting in serious gas leakage fault.It analyzes the cause of the accident that the manufacturer·s assembling process is poor,and the cable tie is not fastened at the root of the terminal.Combined with the causes of SF6 leakage failure,the pre-ventive measures are put forward to improve safe and reliable equipment operating level.
