基于DCS系统的火电厂智慧监盘技术研究

根据某 2×350 MW超临界机组供热电厂实际运行情况,提出智慧监盘的整体架构,通过智能报警、自动调整、异常自动处理三大模块构建,形成异常分类分级报警提醒、参数自动调整优化、小指标精准控制和重要异常自动干预处理的智慧监盘系统.实现监盘工作人机结合,降低监盘人员的压力和劳动强度,提升监盘质量,减少检修维护工作量,提高电厂智能化水平.智慧监盘技术利用现有DCS系统资源完成,且全部由电厂技术人员完成实施,节约了硬件成本和人员成本,后期升级维护均可由电厂技术人员实施,简单实用.智慧监盘技术实施后使厂用电率下降 0.5%,发电煤耗下降 1.5 g/kWh,可为火电厂智能化建设提供参考.
Research on Intelligent Monitoring Technology for Thermal Power Plant Based on DCS System
Based on the actual operation of a 2×350 MW super-critical unit heating power plant,presenting the overall architecture of the intelligent monitoring,through three modules such as intelligent alarm,automatic adjustment and automatic handling of anomalies,it forms an intelligent monitoring system of abnormal classification and classification alarm reminder,automatic parameter adjustment and optimization,precise control of small indicators and automatic intervention of important anomalies.To realize the man-machine combination of monitoring disk work,reduce the pressure and labor intensity of monitoring personnel,improve the quality of monito-ring disk,reduce the workload of overhaul and maintenance,and improve the intelligent level of power plant.The intelligent monito-ring technology is completed using existing DCS system resources and is fully implemented by the technical personnel of the power plant.It saves hardware and personnel costs,and later upgrades and maintenance can be implemented by power plant technicians,making it simple and practical.After the implementation of intelligent monitoring technology,the power consumption rate of the power plant has decreased by 0.5%,and the coal consumption for power generation has decreased by 1.5 g/kWh,which providing reference for the intelligent construction of thermal power plants.
