高铅铜阳极泥焙烧渣中铅钡的赋存状态

摘要
采用工艺矿物学的手段对焙烧后的阳极泥中铅和钡的赋存状态进行了具体的研究.研究结果表明,焙烧后的阳极泥中PbSO4与BaSO4发生有限固熔,PbSO4进入BaSO4形成(Pb,Ba) SO4.Ag常常部分取代(Pb,Ba),形成(Pb,Ba,Ag) SO4,Sb有时部分取代S,形成(Pb,Ba)S(Sb)O4.焙烧后的铜阳极泥贱金属之间联系复杂,CuO与(Pb,Ba) SO4物相经常互相包裹.微小颗粒的金银合金经常包裹在(Pb,Ba)SO4中,有时(Pb,Ba) SO4与较大颗粒金银合金平行共结.
Abstract
The mineralogical characterization of lead and barium in roasted high-lead copper anode slime were studied by a variety of mineralogical techniques.The results showed that limited solid solution of (Pb,Ba)SO4 forms by PbSO4 coming into BaSO4.Meanwhile,(Pb,Ba) is partially replaced by Ag to form (Pb,Ba,Ag) SO4 and sometimes S is partially replaced by Sb to form (Pb,Ba)S(Sb)O4.The structure formed by base metals is complicated as CuO and (Pb,Ba) SO4 are always wrapped by each other.Tiny Au-Ag alloy particles are always wrapped by (Pb,Ba)SO4 and sometimes parallel eutectic system is formed by (Pb,Ba)SO4 and relatively larger particle of Au-Ag alloy.
