摘要

山岭隧道施工中发生涌水事故是地下工程中常见且难以避免的灾害.通过对银百高速大巴山隧道涌水后正洞和斜井浸泡段衬砌外观、混凝土强度和结构变形进行调研测试,并结合水质分析得出,混凝土结构产生大量裂缝、泛碱、剥落,喷射混凝土强度下降,结构变形增大的主要原因是地下水中富含硫酸根离子和涌水的长时间浸泡冲蚀造成的混凝土结构损伤.针对隧道涌水造成的混凝土强度下降问题,提出优化混凝土配合比、防排截堵综合治理及注浆加固等工程措施,为防治涌水灾害提供了经验.

Abstract

Water surge accident in mountain tunnel construction is a common and unavoidable disaster in underground engineering.Through the silver hundred high-speed Dabashan Tunnel after the surge of water in the main hole and sloping shaft soaked section of the lining appearance,concrete strength and structural deformation of the research and testing,and combined with the analysis of the water quality to get,the con-crete structure produces a large number of cracks,flooding alkali,spalling,sprayed concrete strength de-cline,the main reason for the increased structural deformation of the groundwater rich in sulfate ions and the surge of water for a long time soaked in the concrete structure caused by the filling damage.Engineering measures such as optimisation of concrete mix ratio,comprehensive treatment of prevention,drainage,in-terception and grouting reinforcement are proposed to provide experience for the prevention and control of gushing water disaster.
