Mine earthquakes have been one of the disasters that seriously threaten coal safety production and need to be addressed urgently. This paper summarizes the characteristics,types and causes of mining earthquakes in Fushun coalfield of Liaoning Province by combing the records of mining earthquakes in this area,and combats the current situation of governance research in Fushun coalfield to sort out the measures and suggestions for effective prevention of mining earthquakes disasters,which has certain reference value for effective prevention and control of mining earthquakes disasters and guaranteeing production safety.
