In this paper,visual analysis is conducted on literatures related to earthquake research from 2011 to 2023 collected by CNKI China Academic Journal Network Publishing Base (CAJD),which the topics and hot spots of earthquake research are obtained by factor analysis,cluster analysis and multidimen-sional scale analysis. It is concluded that about 4000 papers related to earthquake are published every year,mainly in the fields related to engineering earthquake. Seismological research is mainly carried out by univer-sities and research institutions directly under the China Earthquake Administration,and the national key scientific research projects are heavily funded in the field of earthquake.
