Interference Characteristics Analysis of YRY-4 Borehole Strain Array in Xinzhou Area
During the routine observations at seismic stations, the component borehole strain is frequently interfered by external factors and the instruments themselves, leading to abnormal observation curves.Based on the observational data of four sets of YRY-4 borehole strainmeters from the Fanshi Xishahe,Daixian,Ningwu and Yuanping seismic observation stations,an in-depth analysis was conducted from three aspects:meteorology, observation system and human interference. The study found that the interference of the observation system has a significant impact on the component strain curves, mainly manifested as sudden jumps caused by breaks in recording accompanied by restarts. The interferences from meteorology and the observation environment mostly result in the distortion of solid tides, and their forms are not easy to directly distinguish, requiring comprehensive discrimination by combining rainfall, air pressure data and on-site investigations.Summarizing the characteristics of various interferences can provide an efficient basis for station personnel to judge data changes in the data preprocessing work, which is helpful for improving the quality of data analysis.
