地震应急指挥技术系统自动触发及远程控制功能的实现与应用

一个反应迅速、运转可靠的地震应急指挥技术系统,对于地震应急响应处置至关重要.在分析当前国内地震部门应急指挥技术系统应用情况的基础上,结合北京市地震局应急指挥技术系统现状和应用需求,设计研发了自动触发和远程控制系统,实现了震后地震灾害快速评估报告与应急专题图的自动产出、应急视频会议系统的自动启动,以及基于智能移动终端的远程控制管理功能.研究结果已在实际地震应急工作中得到应用,并取得了显著成效,对于全面提升地震应急处置能力和信息化水平具有重要意义.
Implementation and Application of Automatic Triggering and Remote Control Functions of Earthquake Emergency Command Technology System
An earthquake emergency command technology system with rapid response and stable operation has important practical significance for post-earthquake emergency work.Based on the analysis of the use of the domestic earthquake emergency command technology system,and according to the current situation and application requirements of Beijing Earthquake Agency,this paper designs and develops the automatic triggering and remote control functions,and realizes the automatic output of the post-earthquake disaster rapid assessment report and emergency thematic map,the automatic start of the emergency video conference system,and the remote control and management functions based on the intelligent mobile terminal.The research results have achieved practical results in the actual earthquake emergency work,and greatly improving emergency response capabilities and informatization level.
