摘要
水轮机调速器的开机规律对水轮机有着至关重要的影响。本文对调速器开机规律进行深入探讨，分析机组本身特性及调节参数对开机过程的影响，探讨调速器开机规律对其控制的作用，提出新的水轮机机组开机策略，通过优化调速器开机规律降低机组启动时的转轮叶片动态应力，进而保障水轮发电机组的安全稳定运行。
Abstract
The boot pattern of hydro turbine governor has a critical influence on turbine.In this article,the author discusses the boot pattern of hydro turbine governor in depth,analyzes how the turbine features and parameters adjustment effects the boot process,and discusses how the boot pattern effects the turbine control.The author also proposes a new turbine boot strategy:by optimizing the boot pattern of hydro turbine governor,and reducing the dynamic stress of the runner blade when turbine booting,the safety and stable of the hydroelectric generating set can be ensured.
