摘要
对于特定转速的大型交流同步电机,通过单根线棒连接方式可以解决定子绕组极数与对称平衡支路数的匹配问题.本文分析了基于单根线棒连接方法的绕组对称性,提出了并联支路对称平衡的定量评估方法.并应用电磁场有限元分析和真机实测,验证了分析方法的有效性.
Abstract
For large AC synchronous machines with specific speeds,the matching problem between poles of stator winding and the number of symmetrical balanced branches can be solved through a single bar connection method.This article analyzes the winding symmetry,and a quantitative evaluation method for symmetric balance of parallel branches has been proposed.At last the effectiveness of the analysis method was verified through the application of FE method analysis and machine testing.
