This article introduces the structure,working principle and adjustment method of the guide vane closing time of the governor sectional closing device of Jixi Pumped Storage Power Station.Through the analysis of the load rejection test data,the reliability of the"slow first and then fast"shutdown rule for high-head power stations is verified,and the test data fully meets the requirements of the regulation guarantee calculation.It provides a reference for the design of the same type of power station section closing device.
