摘要

某抽水蓄能电站2号机组在甩负荷试验后的停机过程中,上导摆度异常偏大.通过盘车测量上导滑转子摆度,确定摆度异常偏大原因为上导滑转子倾斜.现场采用热套滑转子的方式将上导滑转子复位,解决了上导摆度偏大的问题,并为上导滑转子增加了限位措施,有效防止了滑转子再次倾斜.

Abstract

The vibration of upper guide bearing was unusually large during the stopping period after load rejection test of unit 2 in a pumped storage power station.By measuring the swing of upper bearing collar,it is determined that the reason for the unusually large vibration is the tilt of upper bearing collar.The upper bearing collar was successfully reset by means of shrinkage,and the problem of upper guide bearing unusually large vibration have been solved.Finally,the limiting measure was applied to the upper bearing collar,which effectively prevents the upper bearing collar from tilting again.
