摘要
通过对联轴高强螺栓理化性能分析,发现螺栓材料的化学成分符合要求,强度和硬度偏高.螺栓断口平齐,呈瞬时脆性断裂特征,螺栓存在微小缺陷导致缺口敏感系数较高的高强螺栓发生脆性瞬时断裂.螺栓材料回火工艺不当是造成组织中存在粗大板条马氏体和强度过高的原因.硬度和强度呈一定的对应关系,对于无法进行强度试验的成品螺栓,应建立硬度和强度的对应关系,以硬度作为验收指标.
Abstract
Through the analysis of the physical and chemical properties of coupling high-strength bolts,it was found that the chemical composition of the bolt material was conform to the requirements with high level of the strength and hardness.The bolt fracture analysis showed that the bolt fracture was flat with the characteristics of instantaneous brittle fracture.The existence of minor defects in the bolt led to the instantaneous brittle fracture of the high-strength bolt with high notch sensitivity coefficient.Improper tempering technology of bolt material was the reason for the existence of coarse lath martensite and high strength.There is a certain correspondence between hardness and strength.For finished bolts that cannot be tested for strength,the correspondence between hardness and strength should be established and hardness should be taken as the acceptance index.
