摘要

随着西藏经济大发展,国家对西藏水资源开发的投入不断增加,西藏重大水利枢纽工程的论证开发与建设持续推进,发展网络信息共享、兼容性强、数据实时处理的大坝强震监测系统显得愈发重要.本文借助C/S架构,利用Visual C#语言、MySQL数据库与GIS二次开发,构建了一种基于C#的大坝强震监测系统.可以实现联网远程大坝强震信号的实时采集、处理、保存与强震信息空间可视化与数据管理等功能,为管理小组的震后大坝结构性能评估提供决策支撑.

Abstract

With the great economic development of Tibet,the national investment in the development of water resources in Tibet is increasing,and the demonstration development and construction of major water conservancy hub projects in Tibet continue to advance,the development of a strong earthquake monitoring system for dams with network information sharing,strong compatibility,and real-time data processing becomes more and more important.In this paper,with the help of C/S architecture,the use of Visual C# language,MySQL database and GIS secondary development,to build a C#-based dam strong earthquake monitoring system.It can realize real-time acquisition,processing,preservation and spatial visualization of strong seismic information and data management of networked remote dam strong seismic signals,and provide decision support for the management team to assess the structural performance of the dam after the earthquake.
