摘要

水电站墙面渗漏与结露危害是水利工程面临的一个关键问题,在分析其发生机理的基础上,引入了新型注浆技术及隔热保温技术以解决水电站渗漏、结露难题,弥补了前期单一防水抗渗措施的缺陷.通过安徽滁州琅琊山水电站地下厂房的工程实例,采用新工艺新材料的化学灌浆方法,达到了很好的防水防潮防结露的效果,并详细介绍了运用新技术进行渗漏修缮时每一道施工工序及对应的施工工艺流程.该方法对类似工程具有很好的指导价值和参考意义,同时对已经出现渗漏的水电站地下厂房提供一些治理经验.

Abstract

The damage of wall leakage and dew formation of hydropower station is a key problem faced by hydraulic engineering.Based on the analysis of its occurrence mechanism,new grouting technology and heat insulation technology are introduced to solve the problem of leakage and dew formation of hydropower station,and make up for the defects of single waterproof and anti-seepage measures in the early stage.Through the engineering example of Langya Shanshui power Station in Anhui Chuzhou,the chemical grouting method with new technology and new materials has achieved a good effect of waterproof,moisture-proof and anti-dew.In addition,each construction procedure and corresponding construction process are introduced in detail when using new technology to repair leakage.This method has good guiding value and reference significance for similar projects,and also provides some treatment experience for underground powerhouse of hydropower station which has been leaking.
