摘要

TBM是目前最先进的洞挖施工设备,主要用于平洞施工,但在竖井应用无先例,宁海抽水蓄能电站首次在排风竖井中成功应用竖井TBM施工技术,排风竖井从上至下一次开挖支护成型,实现了竖井全面机械化、智能化作业,提升了竖井开挖支护施工本质安全水平,创新了竖井施工工法,具有很好的借鉴意义,现将竖井TBM施工情况进行总结分析,供交流借鉴.

Abstract

TBM is the most advanced tunneling construction equipment at present,mainly used in the flat cave construction,but there is no previous application in the shaft.Ninghai pumped storage power Station successfully applied the shaft TBM construction technology in the exhaust shaft for the first time,and the exhaust shaft was formed from the top to the next excavation support,which realized the comprehensive mechanization and intelligent operation of the shaft and improved the essential safety level of the excavation and support construction of the shaft.The construction method of shaft is innovated,which has a good reference significance.Now the construction situation of shaft TBM is summarized and analyzed for reference.
