摘要

物力集约化管理不仅是转变电网发展方式的根本要求,更是提高物资管理水平和经济效益的内在需求,通过分析现阶段物力集约化管理现状,研究适用于国网新源控股有限公司(简称"新源公司")物力集约化管理模式的管理系统,围绕项目单位采购计划需求提报、水电超市化采购管理专业审查、财务管理合同履约结算等方面,建设物资智能采购辅助管理系统,实现物资管理招标采购业务的全过程信息化,实现提报管理便携操作、日常管理运营支撑,辅助提升新源公司物力集约化智能管控水平,从而有效降低企业管理成本,产生显著的经济效益.

Abstract

Material intensive management is not only the fundamental requirement for changing the development mode of power grid,but also the internal demand for improving the level of material management and economic benefits.By analyzing the current situation of material intensive management,this paper studies the management system applicable to the material intensive management mode of Xinyuan Company.Submission,water and electricity of the needs of project units purchasing plan service procurement procurement,financial management,contract management professional review the performance and settlement,etc.,intelligent building materials aided management system,realize the whole process of material management bidding procurement information,to realize a portable operating management,daily management operations support,raise new source of auxiliary material intensive level of intelligent control,Thus effectively reduce the management cost of enterprises,produce significant economic benefits.
