摘要
气候变化、环境污染和能源战略等问题是全球共同面对的难题,而推动能源系统的低碳化、清洁化和可持续化转型正是解决这一系列问题的有效途径.我国具有水、风、光等资源优势和水电、风电、光电、特高压输电等产业技术优势,以及举国体制的制度优势,如果能充分利用这些优势,建造基于100％可再生能源的能源系统,则对于传承中华文明天人合一、大一统思想,并加快实现碳中和具有决定性的意义,同时也是我国建设生态文明的必由之路.
Abstract
The issues of climate change,environmental pollution,and energy strategies are global in nature,and promoting the low-carbon,clean,and sustainable transformation of energy systems is an effective way to solve these series of problems.China has advantages in resources such as water,wind,light and other resources,also the technological advantages in industries such as hydropower,wind power,solar energy,and ultra-high voltage transmission,as well as the institutional advantages of the national system.If these advantages can be fully utilized to build an energy system based on 100％renewable energy,it will be of decisive significance for inheriting the Chinese civilization of unity of man and nature,and great unification,moreover,accelerating the achievement of carbon neutrality.Meanwhile,the only way for China to build an ecological civilization.
