基于电力系统频率一次调整模式下的电力电量平衡

摘要
由于风电、光伏等新能源发电具有间歇性、波动性、随机性,大规模的新能源并网将对电力系统频率的一次调整带来较大的影响,传统的电力系统电力电量平衡已不能完全适应新型电力系统的特点.本文提出基于电力系统频率一次调整模式下的电力电量平衡方法,尝试解决新型电力系统的电力电量平衡问题.
Abstract
As wind and photovoltaic electricity shows intermittency,volatility and randomness,incorporation of new energy will effect the balance of power consumption significantly.Traditional method cannot be completely adapted to power system with high-penetration renewable electricity.This article propose a method based on power system primary frequency control,to solve problems on the balance of power consumption with high-penetration renewable electricity.
