In Order to Promote the Economic and Efficient Development of the Pumped Storage Industry,Adhere to Systematic Planning and Seize the Key Links
To accelerate the construction of the new energy system and the new power system,and to boost the high-quality development of new energy,there is a high dependence on the construction of systematic regulation capacity.Currently,pumped storage is the green and flexible regulatory power source that is the most technologically mature,economically optimal,and suitable for large-scale development.The economic and efficient development of the pumped storage industry will facilitate the implementation of the requirements for the economic and efficient development of the new type of power system.In light of the novel circumstances surrounding the economic and efficient advancement of the pumped storage industry,this paper elucidates the specific measures to advance the economic and efficient development of the pumped storage industry from the multifaceted perspectives of comprehensive integrated system planning,life cycle cost control,industry-wide collaboration and sharing.Furthermore,a quantitative evaluation system of the economic efficiency of the project is proposed,with the intention of furnishing a reference for the enhancement of the overall level of the industry's economic and efficient development.
